Jodie Rowland comes to us with over 30 years of experience teaching in the field of special education. She has a BS in Communication & Speech Disorders and an MS in Special Education. Her first 12 years, she taught third and fourth grade special education classes. She then taught 3 years of middle school special education, grades 6-8. The remaining 16 years of her career, she taught high school special classes, co-taught classes and resource room. She is now looking forward to working with students with 1812ada, Inc. and Beacon College.

Faustine Judd brings 18 years of experience teaching workshops and working with clients on an individual basis as well as working with students in academic settings over eight years. With a Masters degree in Adult Education, a Bachelors in Social Science, training in the Theory and Practice of Advising, and Coaching Training, she is able to communicate with and provide instruction for students of all ages and learning abilities. Part of her academic experience is teaching high school students with learning disabilities necessary soft skills such as meta-cognition, collaboration, self-advocacy, and prioritizing tasks for success in academics and in life.
